Sperm Analysis: Low!!–Anyone had an improvement?

My partner has had 2 semen analysis tests and both show low sperm count with the main problem being motility.

He has stopped smoking
Is Taking selenium with Zinc And Vit C.
Has anynone partner had an imprvement after making health improvements.

A study came out recently that linked soy to low sperm count and it may be linked to other fertility issues as well. It might be something to look at.
