Prostate Reduction

Vacuum Erection Devices, do they work ? Any special precautions? hints for satisfactory use? suggestions?
Am in early seventies, with moderate ED; Now, With Medicare supporting this method, (with Dr approval), it seems like a good possibility for improving satisfaction, (for both of us ) in this arena…have just acquired one and started a Break-in period..Thus far, am somewhat encouraged by some very MODEST results, but am wondering who else like me has more experience with this system, like having used one for months or years, and how that all went. My doctor (s) frankly seem to lean toward using the Blue Pill, but I’m frankly inclined toward a more NATURAL, non-pharmaceutical method, for my Long term health result… Another factor in my situation is having had LASER Prostate reduction about 16 months ago. (No cancer ), so now my prostate is smaller ( but not small )…what effect does that have on all this? Last, should I resume taking Prostate nutrients, e.g. Saw Palmetto
If you want to try it do so. Saw Palmetto does nothing for the prostate. The FDA has said so. You can get meds from a doctor to help, ie Cardura, or Flomax for the prostate. Use Cialis, Viagra, or other newer meds via prescription they are very effective. Also penile rings can help maintain erection. The pumps work to get it up, but you need a ring to keep the blood present. … If all fails you can use prosthetics to please your partner. Good luck
