Has anyone ever received two violations exactly the same for the same question?
Yes, one was a duplicate violation as they both had the same reason, Community Guidelines. I appealed them both separately as they did deduct twenty points. One I appealed because I firmly believe it was not against community guidelines. It was about a Yahoo news story regarding men who masturbate have a much lower risk of prostate cancer. I provided a link to it and simply asked if people believed the information.
Have you ever received 2 violations exactly the same only from one question? If so, what did you do, and what was the result?
I just appealed them both today immediately before I asked my question. I have no idea how long it will be before I hear a reply. Does anyone know how long I may have to wait to hear back from Yahoo?
yes, a week or two ago, and they haven’t replied yet to my appeal and email to follow-up on my appeal.
i actually posted a similar question ( and yeah, it was 2 weeks ago and no reply from them yet) when i got 2 violations for 1 question.
