Lycopene Prostate

Lycopene Prostate
Can women get benefits from lycopene?

I bought a bottle at Walgreen’s, of course, it wasn’t what I needed, I got the name wrong. I hate to just throw out $10 of a supplement. Are there any good things in it for women, since I don’t have a prostate…

Lutein is good for the eyes… I’m assuming that’s what you were going for.
Lycopene is still good for both men and women because it is a good antioxidant and it’s a natural carotenoid. It’s typically marketed for men because of the prostate support, but it also helps for whole body protection (the antioxidant) as well as skin and eye health (the carotenoid). It won’t help the eyes as much as Lutein, but it will still help protect the eyes similar to Vitamin A. I hope I helped!
